You can cancel your Spirit Guide subscription at any time. There is no cancellation fee.

How to Cancel

Go to your account Settings → Subscription, which opens the secure customer portal powered by Stripe. From there you can cancel directly.

You can also email contact@spiritguide.one and we will process the cancellation for you.

What Happens When You Cancel

Your subscription stays active until the end of your current paid period. You keep full access to the service and any coins already granted for that period. After the period ends, your subscription will not renew and you will not be charged again.

Your account remains active after cancellation. You can continue to access your library, stories, and journal entries. If you have remaining coins, you can continue to use them. You can resubscribe at any time.

Changing Plans

You can switch between subscription tiers from the same customer portal (Settings → Subscription). Only one subscription can be active per account at any time.

Deleting Your Account

Cancelling your subscription does not delete your account or data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, you can do so through Settings or by contacting contact@spiritguide.one. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. See our Privacy Policy for details on how deletion is handled.
